Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order details. Please contact us before sending any jewelry back.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid, insured return label at no cost to you. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
